DAILY ACTIVITY
I live with my friend in a boarding house named Ferdiansyah. I usually wake up earlier than my friend. I wake up at 5 a.m. I washed my face and prayed at dawn. Sometimes I do jogging on the road near the boarding house , one of my friends jogs with me. I like jogging because I can meet other friends. In addition, the benefits of morning jogging for health, in addition to making the body healthier and fitter, running in the morning can also clean the breathing because the air we breathe in the morning is still clean and does not contain much pollution
After jogging, I bought food and drinks for my breakfast. I usually buy egg rice with vegetables inside. At the boarding house, I eat yellow rice as my breakfast. After breakfast, I cleaned the room and showered.
When I have morning classes, I go to campus and study in class. I am very diligent and never late when I go to college. I often wait for the next class on campus. Sometimes I have lunch in the canteen on my campus.
I joined activities on campus, I joined a martial arts organization. I spend my free time doing some activities related to the organization. We carry out self-defense training twice a week. At home, I complete all the tasks as soon as possible so that I can sleep early. I usually sleep at 11 pm after washing my feet and brushing my teeth.
